Genesis 3 1:5
Genesis 3 1:5
1: Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, “Yea, hath God said, ‘Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
2: And the woman said unto the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden,
3: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ‘Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it,lest ye die.’”
4: And the serpent said unto the woman, “Ye shall not surely die;
5: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
Open For Discussion
The beginning of the verses from Genisis three, opens up with the tale of manipulation. For we all have inclinations that makes us human and yet does not necessarily make us evil. Interestingly enough this particular tale surrounds Eve/Woman and the snake of deceptiveness.
Also note, Woman is not a sex to be shunned or scrutinized, as we follow through these passages, we will find the deeper meaning that entails the story of Eden.
Note: God is the greatest creator of creators, from love to fear and all in-between. We must know fear to know love and know love to know fear; therefore, we are seeking this cosmic balance within ourselves and the world we live in. To bring peace unto Earth. There are tales within passages of the bible which asks for unblinding faith with no questions asked. Yet it is better for a seeker to ponder and reflect therefore utilizing the process of critical reasoning. Critical thinking in turn allows clarity from hypocrisy.
1: The great creator of all and in all of God’s creation is one a crafty snake a serpent. Thus, the deceiver of faith and loyalty. The serpent spoke to Eve/Woman “Isn’t it true, that you have been given faith” / “Is it not true that you allowed to do all the that God allows you to do?”
2: Eve/Woman responded “It is true we have faith in God” / “We are allowed to do, that we wish” / “We can enjoy all the fruits of life”
3: And Eve/Woman too also said, “There is but one path we have been given warning to. For if we are not to choose the path of judgement. For it will be the downfall for humankind”
4: The snake/serpent replied, “What nonsense, judgement is natural”
5: The snake/serpent continued. “Why is the fruit of judgement evil? Is it not for knowing right and wrong will make you alike your father” “For is it not for your Father to wane or for you to want”.
