Genesis 1 11:15
11: And God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth”; and it was so.
12: And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind; and God saw that it was good.
13: And the evening and the morning were the third day.
14: And God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years;
15: and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth”; and it was so.

11: Let vegetation BE. From Earth, Water, Air and Sun. God had seed onto earth. Allowing the germination of plants to herbs, from trees and its fruits. The cycle of vegetation can now reproduce. Thus, it is good for life.
12: Earth in its pre stasis had already the foundations for life. It was hidden in its dormant mass. Each seed brings life unto its own kind and their diversities unto like. Thus, it is good for life.
13: The next cycle can now Begin.
14: Now the stars are observable from the land of God. Stars bring their guidance. As the Sun separates the Day to the Night, now seasons come into being. And its charting allows for plantation and growth.
15: Stars twinkle in the night sky as all is the creation of God.
